Terms of delivery and payment
                               
1. Each order is subject to the terms and conditions of the following.
              
2. To set up an order, please quote the exact amount of pieces and the article numbers. Things that are packed are counted as one piece. Ordering by e-mail or by phone, the customer takes all responsibility and risk in cases of missunderstanding.
             
3. All orders are shipped from CH-3123 Belp, and the orderer accepts the shipping costs and transit risk. Unless otherwise agreed beforehand, items out of stock are placed on backorder, and are supplied under separate cover when available.
   
4. Orders are invoiced at the currently valid prices. Packing and postal costs will be seperately listed on the invoice.
               
5. Complaines can only be considered within 8 days of the date of delivery to the receipient.
                  
6. Goods which have been wrongly ordered, have to be sent back in the original packing. We will make a voucher for the value of the goods minus 10% for rehandling costs. The customer has to pay for the return postage.
                      
7. Payment: In advance to our post or bank account or by cash on delivery. In special cases with an invoice which has to be payed within 10 days. We do not accept credit cards (VISA/Master/others). Goods remain the property of Rotary Flight AG in Belp untill full payment is received.
                      
8. Location for settlement and judicial dispute is CH-3123 Belp, Switzerland.
